Quality
Assurance
Our
Quality Assurance Program has been a natural outgrowth of
over 35
prior
years of dedication to quality products and services; of
which Fabco
Manufacturing Inc. is justly proud. We have accepted the
guidance
of the International
Standards
Organization (ISO) and the American National Standards
Institute (ANSI) in establishing our quality.

Fabco believes that quality begins with our
vendors. We not only qualify and audit our vendors, but we also p
erform
stringent inspections on our in-bound material and on our outsource
partners. Our quality department performs random in process audits in
addition to rigorous first article inspections that have allowed our
customers to implement "dock to stock" programs. Our company is divided
into work centers that are managed by Team Leaders that share our "zero
defects" objective. If a problem is found, we institute a
corrective action program. All of the above have resulted in a RMA rate
of less than 0.5%.
Each Fabco employee has the authority and
responsibility to notify the Quality Assurance Manager or an Officer of
the Company of any condition, which could affect the quality,
reliability, or safety of an item covered by this program.
